Dad and I are busy putting together the sale catalog. Dave and the crew are hammering out the 2017 calving season. And it’s calm and nearly 30 degrees (above zero) this morning. Not much to complain about in Willow Creek this Inauguration morning.

Below is an oil painting many of you have likely seen. It  was painted by Mr. Bud Snidow and hangs above my dad’s work space in our office. Mr. Snidow gifted it to my Grandpa Jack along with the following kind words:

Jack,
You didn’t ask for this but I thought a bull that is a leader in eight traits should have his image preserved in oil on canvas. I hope you have a place for this. If you put a frame around it, it might be okay for your home, office, outhouse – somewhere.
