Our herd consists of approximately 200 registered Hereford females and around 100 recipient cows. Our first 40 registered cows were of the Line 1 decent and purchased from the Miles City Range Station in 1947. For over 70 years we have maintained this closed line of breeding which has enabled us to implement generation after generation of closely monitored trait selection and performance testing. The end result is a uniquely uniform cow herd that produces PREDICTABLE and CONSISTENT offspring year after year. We avoid single-trait selection and emphasize udder quality, structural soundness, and milkability when culling our cow herd each year. Our goal is to produce balanced, good mothering females whose offspring adapt and perform in ALL environments.

Top-notch udder and 100% pigment. She’s moderate, smooth through the shoulders, level topped and has a nice hip on her. Really balanced EPDs across the board – top 50% of the breed in every trait.
