Town folk gathered to Celebrate Willow Creek Days this past weekend.
Local musician Claudia Williams, former lead singer of Montana Rose, serenaded locals at a street dance on Friday evening.
A small craft bazaar was held Saturday morning on the football field and featured works by local artists and delicious pulled pork sandwiches prepared by students of Willow Creek Public School.
The highlight of the weekend was marked by the parade on Sunday morning. With over 35 float entries, participants looked worried and amused that onlookers might be non-existant ; ) Much to our amazement, main street was lined (on both sides) with a good number of locals and graduates. It was a fun morning and a great way to bring our community together, which seems to be more and more of a task in these modern days.
